How It Works!

To maximize your cleanse please follow the "before, during and after" suggestions:

At CRUSHED JUICERY, our simple programs work for anyones schedule and everyday life. Our juices are 100% Cold-Pressed and Raw to optimize and perserve essential viatamins and nutrients in each bottle. Make sure to start your cleanse the day you receive it to ensure quality and freshness. Depending on the length of cleanse, you will receive six, 16 fl. oz. bottles of juice per day. The bottles will be arranged in your bag in the order they should be consumed. Typically the juices are spaced out two hours from one another, but can vary. Most importantly, stay HYDRATED!! Drink plenty of water while on a cleanse.

Once your order is placed you will get a confirmation email of your order with receipt. You will receive another email the day before your pickup date to let you know your order is ready AND it will also have your INSTRUCTIONS for the cleanse . Be sure to look this over since we are as GREEN as possible and do not send printed literature with your cleanse.

Please note, all of our juices are made fresh the day prior, so we do need at least 48 hours notice to fill your order. Due to the unpasteurized nature of our juices and a shelf life of 6 days, they need to be consumed on your desired start date to ensure quality and freshness. Remember to check ingredient list for any possible allergies as well as consult with your physician if you have any medical conditions. Juice cleanses are not recommended for pregnant or nursing mothers.

BEFORE

Prepping is a vital step in getting the most out of your Crush Cleanse. Whether you’re a first timer or hardcore Crusher, a few simple steps prior to beginning can help alleviate any first day concerns, hunger pangs and will determine how your body and mind feels during the cleanse. We want you to get the most out of your Crush Cleanse, and these steps will enhance your results.

Sticking to raw foods and broth based soups a few days prior to cleansing can help your body prepare for the juicy days ahead. In order to receive optimal results we suggest you try to cut out the following up to 3 days before your cleanse:

  • Red meats/poultry
  • Alcohol/Nicotine
  • Refined Starches and Sugars
  • Processed Foods
  • Coffee
DURING

If you are on your first day of the cleanse you may be feeling some detox symptoms. Don't panic! Your body is just in the process of eliminating, restoring and rebuilding itself from all the impurities and toxins it has built up over time. Here are some common symptoms of the detoxing process:

  • Headache
  • Nausea
  • Fatigue
  • Skin irritations
  • Constipation/Diarrhea
  • Increased energy
  • Natural glow
  • Clearer thinking

Although some of these symptoms are not ideal, they are a sign of your body healing and replacing toxins with the fundamental nutrients it needs. Remember, nothing great comes easy but lots of great comes from juice!

Stay Hydrated!
You may feel like you’re on liquid overload throughout the day but don’t forget to stock up on WATER! Drinking water between juices aids in the digestive process, which only gives an extra kick to your detox.

AFTER

Just as you eased your way into your cleanse you should ease your way out!

  • Slowly introduce fresh fruit and vegetables, broth based soups, whole grains and light protein like fish. These are gentle foods that help ease your body back into a solid diet.
  • As the days go by increase good fats such as avocado, lean meats (like chicken) and nuts.
